Grades 6 & 7 Students in 6/7 Grade will explore how the Bible can bring meaning to their lives today. Every student receives a copy of the Holman Student Bible that offers information in several formats including traditional scripture, visual aids, questions and commentary. Holman Bibles will be used in conjunction with a multi-media curriculum called “Making it Real and Relevant”. This curriculum follows the church lectionary calendar, and then applies clips from movies, modern literature and news events to help student make connections and broaden their understanding of scripture. |
